Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. These statutory rights are not affected by our policy below.
Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
Important Hygiene Exception
For health and safety reasons, the right to cancel expires immediately once the product's safety seal has been broken or opened. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened products for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
To exercise your cancellation right before opening, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
